You may register at the practice as either an NHS or a private patient. The NHS provides the necessary treatment to secure and maintain oral health. There are some treatments (mainly cosmetic), which are not available on the NHS and you may chose to have these done privately.

In order to register you may contact the receptionist who will request your details and record you on our computer system, alternatively you can email us on the appointment link below. Before your initial consultation, you will be required to complete a Registration and Medical form.
